What we’re about

Joy, meaning and freedom

Our purpose is to restore joy, meaning and freedom to every workplace.

These go well beyond “nice to haves”.

It’s how the world works at its best.

It’s the structure of quick, strategic thinking.

It’s aligned with our sense of heart and soul.

The data shows it works.

A spirit of adventure

To reimagine our workplaces will require a mindset that prefers treasure maps to policy manuals.

To accept we cannot stay where we are means foregoing the idea of a fixed path forward.

To leave behind a sterile, institutional experience means diving into more human questions.

To recognise the value of thinking that comes from outside of commerce and time spent with nature.

How are we different?

Extensive track record
We helped pioneer the ‘good’ business movement: impact investing; B Corp; purpose led companies etc.

Multi sector experience
Insight to operate in a world awash with deep networks that are highly interdependent.

Mixing the philosophical and practical
Bringing wisdom that prevents companies running aground with surface level thinking.
